Our rules
- Content is only played where its publisher permits it. A platform that prohibits playback outside its own service is opened on its own service, and the group says so rather than pretending otherwise.
- An item only bears a brand's name if it genuinely comes from that brand.
- When no brand can be identified on a garment or object seen on screen, the group does not guess: it offers the equivalent piece from its own catalogue, the25x®, presented as such.
- Press visuals and credited photographs keep their credit when displayed.
Report an infringement
Write to rights@skoleom.com stating: your identity and your standing to act, the work or trademark concerned, the exact location of the disputed content within the service, and the grounds. Complete requests are processed within five working days, and the content is made inaccessible during the review where the infringement is manifest.
Contest a removal
If your content has been removed and you believe the removal is unfounded, write to the same address: your objection will be reviewed and you will receive a reasoned response.
