What we collect

AccountIdentity, email address, language and theme preferences.

OrdersHistory, delivery and billing addresses, invoices.

UsageContent viewed, searches, saved items. This data is used to suggest relevant content and products.

TechnicalConnection logs and security data, kept for as long as necessary to prevent fraud.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract for accounts and orders, legitimate interest for the security and improvement of the service, consent for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, and legal obligation for accounting and invoicing.

Hosting and transfers

Data is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), in European regions. Any transfer outside the European Union is subject to the appropriate safeguards provided for by the European regulation.

Retention periods

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active, then for thirty days after its deletion. Accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by law.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as the right to set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. Exercise them at donnees@skoleom.com. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Model training

Your private content and personal data are not used to train models intended for third parties.
