The group's figures
These ones are ours. We publish what they measure, not how we obtain them: the indexing method is part of what the group protects. It is disclosed to investors and auditors under a non-disclosure agreement, and verified at that point.
Internal count from the Skoleom directory. A platform is counted when the engine can run a search on it and bring back usable results. Group measurement.
Volume the ecosystem processes daily to identify, inside images and videos, what is actually for sale. Group measurement.
The market figures
These ones are not ours, and that is their value: they are published by third parties, verifiable in one click, and they describe the supply that the group's technology makes buyable.
Netcraft, Web Server Survey, July 2026: 1,494,915,628 websites recorded.
netcraft.comNetflix, “About Netflix”: service available in more than 190 countries. Order of magnitude used for the coverage of a global service.
about.netflix.comWhat the world watches every day
Three more benchmarks, published by third parties. They show the size of the supply, not our audience — and we never present them otherwise.
YouTube Official Blog, Neal Mohan, Cannes Lions 2025: “more than 200 billion daily views” on YouTube Shorts.
blog.youtubeTubefilter, figure provided by YouTube: more than 500 hours of video uploaded every minute.
tubefilter.comPhotutorial, Photo statistics: 5.3 billion photos taken every day, or 2.1 trillion over the year 2025.
photutorial.comOur rule, written down once and for all
- A market figure is attributed to whoever published it, with the link. We never borrow a third party's name for a figure it did not publish.
- A group figure is stated as such, together with what it measures. The method is a trade secret and can be verified under a non-disclosure agreement, as with any publisher that publishes its own measurements.
- A calculation is stated as a calculation, and it can be redone from the source cited.
- A figure we cannot substantiate is not written. A case is lost on a false figure, never on a missing one.
