Terms of use

The rules for using the service, for everyone.

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the service published by Skoleom Group. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the service

Search, content viewing and product discovery are available without an account. An account is required to make purchases, save content and access a history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Systematically extracting or reusing content from the service's databases.
  • Circumventing technical protection measures, or attempting to access areas not open to the public.
  • Publishing content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading or that violates the rights of third parties.
  • Impersonating a brand, a person or a service.

4. Displayed content

The service lists content and offers from third-party sources. The group takes the necessary measures to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of data supplied by those sources. Prices and availability as shown by the seller at the time of the order prevail.

5. Visual recognition

The identification of products on screen relies on automated processing. A reference suggested without certainty is presented as a suggestion, never as a definite identification. The service does not guarantee that identifications are complete or accurate.

6. Liability

The group is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for unavailability resulting from force majeure or from the act of a third party.

7. Changes and termination

The group may update the service and these terms. Any substantial change will be brought to your attention before it takes effect. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are those with jurisdiction over the group's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

This text is written to be complete and readable. It does not replace review by the group's legal counsel before final publication.
