If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact Skoleom and we will direct you on how to return it so that Skoleom can make a store credit or exchange the item with another product. Skoleom has provided the conditions for its return and refund, Kindly take time to read them below.
Our policy lasts for 15 days. Skoleom will not provide you with an exchange or refund after 15 days of delivering the product to its destination. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.
We will accept items that meet the return criteria set forth in this policy and also returned within 15 days from the date that it was delivered; exceptions are stated below. Skoleom may refuse to accept any item if it does not meet our conditions for return.
Conditions for Return
To qualify, all items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original manufacturer packaging and the original documentation. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a Store credit in the amount of the refund. If your product meets our conditions for return, Skoleom will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Returning a product if you change your mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 15 days of delivering the product, Skoleom will provide you with a store credit for unopened products after the products are returned to us. The store credit will be for the product price paid less the return delivery charge. Risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed by Skoleom until the item has been received at our warehouse.
Products or Items that will not be accepted
The following items will not be accepted:
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or any of its part is missing
Any item that is returned after 15 days of delivery
Products that have been personalized or customized
Items or Products that have been used altered or that show wear or damage.
Immediately your product is received and inspected, Skoleom will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). Skoleom will also notify you whether your product has been approved for refund or not.
If the product is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within few days.
How to make Returns
When returning a product, please send an email to us at [email protected] so that you can be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number, place them safely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form, and other document and contact us via our email: [email protected]
